Winding down... 7

The last of the Christmas lights series: these happy snowmen are a detail at yesterday's house, but not included in yesterday's image. That's a penguin to the left. I hope all your holidays were safe and brought lots of cheery moments!

Thank you for visiting! Your comments and suggestions for improvement are very much appreciated.

Karla, these night shots have been terrific! Full of colour and clarity and just a wonderful wonderful mood! The blue was my fav (we talked about that) but these are truly candy for the eye...you don't have to stop on MY account! Do you guys have any snow yet?? Dry as a bone here. Our daughter in Vermont started getting snow the evening of the day that we left (last Wedn 12/28) and it hasn't stopped yet but it was bare ground when we left...Have a great weekend!!

@Denny Jump Photo: Thank you, Denny!! Very much appreciated. I plan on doing more this next December. I am posting snowy pictures next, but all of them are still from December 4th. We had no snow since then. At least Vermont is getting snow, although too bad you missed seeing it. We have had weird weather this year....very mild, one recent day it was up to 65 degrees here.

Your Christmas theme-series is a delightful visual treat, Karla! The low-light photographs are technically superb, and they radiate a wonderful, festive atmosphere.
I wish you a happy, healthy and fun 2012.

@Arnd: Thanks, Arnd! And welcome back from your vacation.
